The old townhouse stands in a narrow lane in the old town. Narrow wooden stairs lead to the rooms upstairs. With a big suitcase, it helps to know this in advance.

So that there are no surprises, here is what is different in an old house in the middle of town.
- Stairs, no liftNarrow, steep stairs lead to the rooms upstairs. With heavy luggage it is hard work.
- Rooms under the roofThey have a sloping ceiling: you can stand upright only in part of the room. If you are tall, choose another room.
- The economy room has no windowIt does have air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower and a king-size bed. For guests who only sleep in the room.
- The car stays outside the old townPublic parking nearby costs €20 a day and can’t be reserved.
- We don’t serve breakfastThe cafés on Tartini Square are a minute from the door.

“Great location in Piran, very central. The property was clean and comfortable. Spacious double rooms. We were a group of 5 and we each had our own en suite double room. Communication with the owners was very good. Entry is via a code on the front door keypad and this was easy.”
