We have no reception. You check in yourself any time between 14:00 and midnight, and check out by 10:00.

House rules
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.
- We don’t take hen, stag or similar parties.
- The double rooms take at most two guests, the room for four at most four, of whom two can be children.

Questions and answers
Before you book
Do you have parking?
Not at the house, because you can’t drive into the old town. Public parking nearby costs €20 a day and can’t be reserved. From the Fornače car park at the entrance to Piran it is 15 minutes on foot to us.
I’m tall. Which room suits me?
The room with the terrace and some of the double rooms are under the roof and have a sloping ceiling. If that doesn’t suit you, tell us in your enquiry.
Is there a kitchen in the rooms?
No. The rooms are for sleeping; restaurants and cafés are on the square and by the harbour, a minute from us.
On the day you arrive
How do I check in?
By yourself, with no reception, between 14:00 and midnight. You get the instructions for the house and your room before you arrive.
Is it far from the car park with luggage?
From the Fornače car park it is 1.1 km to us. In the house there are also stairs and no lift, so a small bag is easier than a big suitcase.
During your stay
Is breakfast included?
We don’t serve breakfast. The cafés on Tartini Square are a minute from the door.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, free, in every room.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, in every room, and heating in winter.
When you leave
When do I have to leave the room?
By 10:00 on the day you leave.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, we issue invoices.
